Where do you deliver?

Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Noord villas, Arashi, and hotel lobbies, every morning. Delivery is included in every price. Details on the delivery page.

When do you deliver?

7:00 to 12:30, every day. Same-day orders until 11:00 arrive in about 30 to 45 minutes; or schedule a slot in advance, from 7:00.

How do I order and pay?

Build your order on the menu; checkout sends it to our WhatsApp. Pay by secure card link (Apple Pay and Google Pay work) or cash at hotel and villa handoffs. Beach orders are always prepaid.

How does beach delivery find me?

Prepaid order, then you send your live location and a photo of your umbrella or a landmark on WhatsApp. Our driver in the Mr Pineapple shirt does the rest.

Will my hotel allow it?

Yes; resorts ask guests to meet deliveries at the lobby or entrance, and we coordinate the exact spot on WhatsApp when we are five minutes away.

Can I order before my flight even lands?

That is our specialty. Schedule any future morning at checkout; the First Morning Box exists exactly for day one.

Can I visit the real shop?
